Leading International Consultancy

A leading international consulting firm approached PDF to help them develop an internal development programme in “Change Consulting”. Their aim was to provide high quality internal development to support the career development of their consultants and to improve the quality of the advice given by their firm.
PDF helped them to develop and accredit a programme, which lead towards a Masters degree.

The consulting firm believed that the programme framework helped to enhance the rigor and quality of the client projects and the career development of consultants.

Case Study 2

UK Government Department

A major UK government department worked with PDF to design and run a three-year development process for managers selected as future leaders.
The resulting programme combined personal development planning with focused internal development events. The managers on the programme completed a series of tasks that were measured against specific success criteria. They also negotiated with senior directors to identify key strategic areas where they worked during the programme, which would be expected to make an impact of benefit to the Organisation.

The award of the Masters degree was based on academic criteria, and achievement of strategic objectives of benefit to the organisation.
